Our Alina blanket is our absolute bestseller! Blankets made from alpaca wool have particularly intense and bright colors. What's more, alpaca hair - unlike sheep's wool, for example - is very light because it is hollow on the inside. The trapped air also gives the hair the amazing ability to balance the temperature. Feather-light cuddling on the living room couch is guaranteed. Nevertheless, home textiles made from virgin alpaca wool are durable, as it is three times more tear-resistant than sheep's wool. Tip: Due to its antibacterial components, alpaca wool is also the perfect choice of blanket for allergy sufferers.

Care

Washable on the wool cycle at a maximum washing temperature of 30°C - but should be done gently (i.e. spin at low speed and fill the drum to a maximum of one third). Please use a wool detergent.

Do not tumble dry. The item does not tolerate tumble drying. It is best to lay it out to dry.

Do not iron. Disturbing changes that can no longer be corrected are to be expected. It is best to simply smooth out the garment and lay it flat.

Cleaning with perchloroethylene is possible - professional cleaning.

Bleaching is not possible; detergents containing bleach (such as heavy-duty detergents) must not be used. Also be careful with stain removers.

Alpaca wool has excellent thermal properties. The reason for this is the fiber structure. This ensures perfect heat balance and is also very light. Home textiles made from virgin alpaca wool are considered durable as they are three times more tear-resistant than sheep's wool. Alpaca textiles are particularly vibrant when dyed. Even undyed, the wool shines in incomparably beautiful natural tones. Due to its antibacterial components, alpaca wool is the perfect choice of blanket for allergy sufferers.

MERINO WOOL

Soft and airy, wonderfully warm.

Probably the best known type of sheep is the merino sheep. Its new wool is considered to be particularly fine, elastic, antistatic and fire-repellent. It produces between two and three kilograms of the finest quality wool per year. Blankets made from this wool are considered to be particularly airy, soft and warm. These fibers have a cooling effect in summer and a warming effect in winter. External influences such as dirt and odors do not affect the fine material.

Angenehm weich

Abends lieg ich meist auf der Couch und spiele am iPad die eine oder andere Partie Schach. Die Alina Wolldecke gehört da einfach schon fix dazu. Sie wärmt angenehm und ist extrem weich. Sie verliert de fakto kein Wollhaar und Peeling gibt es auch keines. Waschen musste ich sie noch nie. Ab und zu hänge ich sie einfach auf dem Balkon in die frische Luft. Ein Top Produkt was mich viele Jahre begleiten wird. Ich würde sie jederzeit wieder kaufen bzw werde ich mir sicher noch eine zweite Alina Decke kaufen.
