3.2 You can also additionally simply archive the data of your order by waiting for the automatic order confirmation, which we will send to you by e-mail to the e-mail address you have provided after you have completed your order. This order confirmation e-mail contains the data of your order and our GTC and can be easily printed or saved within your e-mail program.

3.3 Your order data is stored by us, but cannot be accessed directly by you for security reasons. We offer a password-protected direct access ("Login") for each customer. Here you can, with the appropriate registration, view data about your completed, open and recently shipped orders and manage and store your address data, any payment data and any newsletter.

4. Language and conclusion of contract

The content of the contract, all other information, customer service, data information and complaint handling are offered in German. 4.2 By clicking the "Pay" button, you place a binding order for the items contained in the shopping cart. 3.1 Generally, we offer the following payment methods:

The electronic transactions credit card and instant transfer are made via our payment service provider Stripe. For each order we reserve the right not to offer certain payment methods and to refer to other payment methods. The goods will be charged in Euro.

3.2 Your accounts will be charged immediately. The invoice will generally follow by e-mail as soon as the goods are prepared for shipment.

3.3 Please note that we only accept payments from accounts within the European Union (EU). In no case do we take over the costs of a money transaction.

3.4 Goods that are marked as "available for delivery" in the online store will be delivered immediately after receipt of the order and, if applicable, after advance payment has been received, generally within a maximum of 7 working days. Usually, however, faster within Austria and Germany. We point out possible deviating delivery times on the respective product page.

3.4 a. Delivery times and delivery dates are generally non-binding, but we strive to deliver the fastest way, this by parcel service DPD. Cancellation policy

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The revocation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the last goods. Tailored goods as well as special and custom-made products (excess lengths, blanket embroidery, yard goods) are, however, excluded from this right of return without exception.

If, contrary to expectations, the delivery does not meet the high quality requirements, you can contact us. Even after the 14-day period, we will not be petty. The guarantee takes place according to the legal regulations. If an exchange or an improvement is not possible (not possible, too much effort, unreasonable, delay), then the buyer has the right to a price reduction or, if the defect is not minor, cancellation of the contract. Compensation for consequential damage as well as other property damage, financial loss and damage to third parties against the customer, unless it is a consumer transaction, is excluded

Consequences of revocation

If you revoke this contract, we have to refund you the value of the goods (excl. shipping costs) immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day we received the notification of your revocation of this contract. The shipping costs will only be refunded if the recipient (from Austria, Germany, Belgium, the Netherlands or Luxembourg) has paid the shipping costs himself or has found defects in the delivery and does not wish to exchange the goods. Customers or recipients from other countries will not be credited for shipping costs or return shipping costs.

For repayments, we use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees because of this repayment. You will only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for testing the condition, properties and functioning of the goods.
