Details
High-quality loden made from undyed wool as upholstery fabric. The classic for the private living area and our lightest upholstery fabric. Nevertheless, our Bergen is very hard-wearing and also Teflon-coated. The Bergen loden upholstery fabric can be used in a variety of ways: whether for furniture, accessories such as cushions or curtains.
Breathable & flame retardant
As a natural product, fabrics made from pure wool are particularly breathable, and their natural protein content and ability to absorb moisture make them flame retardant.
Hard-wearing
All our upholstery fabrics are tested according to DIN EN ISO 12947-2 (Martindale). In the rub fastness our fabrics meet the grade 4-5. In the light fastness according to DIN EN ISO 105-B02 grade 4-5.

Care
Items marked in this way must not be washed. They may also be sensitive to any wet treatment.
Do not iron. Disturbing changes that can no longer be corrected are to be expected. It is best to simply smooth out the garment and lay it flat.
Cleaning with perchloroethylene is possible - professional cleaning.
Bleaching is not possible; detergents containing bleach (such as heavy-duty detergents) must not be used. Also be careful with stain removers.
