How long can I return or exchange my order?

You can return or exchange your order within 21 days.

Which products are excluded from returns & exchanges?

Special or custom-made products are excluded from the right of return and withdrawal: personalised blanket embroidery, fabrics/metre goods and overlength productions. If you notice a quality defect in your custom-made item, please contact us.

Returns from Austria, Germany, Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg:

1. Complete the enclosed returns form (legal notice: use of the form is optional and does not limit your right of return).
2. Pack the item and enclose the return form. 
3. Stick the enclosed DPD returns label on the parcel so that it is clearly visible and take it to your nearest DPD Parcel Shop.
4. If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us at webshop@steiner1888.com. We will gladly ship the new item without extra shipping costs. 

If you cannot find the return label or the return form in the parcel, simply contact us at webshop@steiner1888.com with your order number (00000xxxx or STxxxx).

Returns & exchange requests from other countries:

Unfortunately, we cannot provide a free parcel label for returns from countries other than those mentioned above. Sufficiently stamp the parcel and send it to the following address:

How and when is the reimbursement carried out?

Only items that have not been worn, used or washed can be returned. Please also do not remove any labels. Once the returned items have been checked and accepted by us ( within the stated 21 days) , we will arrange the refund. For the refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you.
